The rooms were spacious and clean with good housekeeping. Lots of variety for food and snack bars. Photos of rooms do justice. Got an amazing balcony view as shown on the booking.
There is not enough seating at the buffet during rush hour of breakfast and dinner times. You can spend a good 20 mins just looking for an empty table while your food gets cold. Upon arrival I was told the Al a Carte dinner options were fully booked for the next 4 days, that was 4 evenings out of my 6 night stay. They need more seating for peak seasons.

The staff weee all friendly, professional, hard working and accommodating. The facilities were very clean. As for Candyland this was brilliant for kids. Overall we were very happy.
We have no complaints. Everything was excellent.

The location is great. Candy land was also good . Food was good.
1. The phone in our room was not working. We informed reception about the issue, but unfortunately, it was never fixed during our entire stay.
2. The electronic “Do Not Disturb / Clean Room” sign was also not working. Because of this, housekeeping would knock on our door early in the morning and even enter the room while we were still asleep, which was extremely disruptive. By the third night, we had to ask reception to print a paper “Do Not Disturb” sign for us to place on the door simply to avoid being disturbed in the morning. That temporary paper sign remained on our door until checkout, as neither the electronic sign nor the room telephone was ever repaired.
3. The air conditioning in both the lobby and dining area was not working properly, making these common areas uncomfortably warm and negatively affecting the overall experience.
Overall, these unresolved maintenance issues significantly affected our comfort and were disappointing, particularly as they were reported but remained unresolved throughout our stay.
