We loved the beautiful sea, clean rooms, delicious and varied food, and especially the friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. Our holiday was truly enjoyable and memorable.
Especially at the beach, many sunbeds are reserved early in the morning with towels, so if you arrive a little later, it can sometimes be difficult to find a free one. However, whenever we had trouble finding a sunbed, the staff were always very helpful and did their best. We really appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to help.

The property is great, with multiple floors u can explore different environments throughout your stay, pool, bar, beach.
Reception staff were lovely.
Meal times specifically dinner were chaos. There was no monitoring of availability, therefore every dinner was super busy with no tables available & staff non-stop clearing but still not being able to meet demand. A simple system of checking people into dinner and letting people know if there is availability would significantly improve dinners.
Getting drinks was incredibly hard aswell, with bar staff not serving wine and directing you to the few waiters who were too busy clearing your serve you. On multiple days i was left walking around struggling to get a drink, which defeated the purpose of an all inclusive.
The food was underwhelming and tasteless.
The security was a mess often chatting or distracted, making it hard to get through gates and leaving buses (booked by the hotel) dropping us off at the bottom of the property and having to walk up to reception our selves.

I can say that just SEA was great about this hotel. I stayed club rooms and size of room was pleasant. There is Starbucks into the hotel that was great idea.
Kitchen! I was expecting a rich open buffet but it was disappointing. Dinner served all week COLD when we stay all week. Dinner taste was poor that i surprised when i think Turkish cousine.
Secondly, The hotel is northside of the city. Sun was passing south side so quick and hotel was getting under the shadow so quick. Daylight was so short during my period that i stayed middle of the October in that hotel. So, it can be good for summer time but not for autumn time.
