First impressions - the gentleman who checked us in spoke very good English and was very pleasant, polite, friendly and helpful.
Our apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
The pool/spa/gym area is really good and has everything you need.
This hotel should be 10/10 - unfortunately there are a few things which let it down.
Breakfast is chaos. Not enough room, badly laid out, kids running around. It's a 'bun fight'
Not for us. We had breakfast on the first day then never went back.
The lifts are too small and there doesn't seem to be a service lift, therefore, the cleaning staff are constantly using one or both of the lifts meaning sometimes there's a bit of a wait for an available lift.
Spa area is great but again, kids running around unsupervised, in and out of the sauna area which is out of bounds for under 16s.
Staff are all very polite and helpful apart from one member of the Spa team who was quite unhelpful and rude on one of our visits.
Hotel is probably quite a good option for families. If you're a couple, wanting a quiet romantic getaway, it's probably not for you.

We had problems with the siphons in the bathroom. I don't know what was happening with their water pipes but both of our bathrooms in the apartment flooded. That happened during the first night that we stayed in the hotel.
Only one of the bathrooms had a bathtub so that wasn't really the problem. Besides, using the bathtub is an advantage that is offered and included in the price. Also, of course, it was fully open to be used.
However, we didn't use it since we had to be careful not only with the bathtub but with the other bathroom with the shower as well.
We alarmed the situation immediately but despite the kindess of the staff, the problem wasn't fixed or whatsoever. They didn't have a floor mop to soak the water up. So I would say that in terms of equipment, they weren't prepared which is a negative thing for such a big hotel.
The pools were cold after 17:30.
