The breakfast on the rooftop was excellent, featuring a stunning view; the room was very spacious and the location excellent; the pool and gym were high-quality.
The reception staff wasn't always pleasant. They didn't actually clean the room—they just made the bed and changed the towels; they didn't even restock the toilet paper or shampoo. It’s not worth visiting in the summer because there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms (the room is very large), and they wouldn't allow us to check out later than 4:00 PM, even though we only asked for 5:00 PM.

We had problems with the siphons in the bathroom. I don't know what was happening with their water pipes but both of our bathrooms in the apartment flooded. That happened during the first night that we stayed in the hotel.
Only one of the bathrooms had a bathtub so that wasn't really the problem. Besides, using the bathtub is an advantage that is offered and included in the price. Also, of course, it was fully open to be used.
However, we didn't use it since we had to be careful not only with the bathtub but with the other bathroom with the shower as well.
We alarmed the situation immediately but despite the kindess of the staff, the problem wasn't fixed or whatsoever. They didn't have a floor mop to soak the water up. So I would say that in terms of equipment, they weren't prepared which is a negative thing for such a big hotel.
The pools were cold after 17:30.
