Good location, accommodation very clean
Was disappointed that trampoline/soft play not open every day as advertised.
Cot was delivered without a mattress 🤷♀️
House was designed for 4 adults but sofa only big enough for two, others had to sit on hard dining room chairs

Accommodation was beautiful
No designated smoking areas which was a bit of an inconvenience. Not even on own balcony. Pool wasn’t always very clean

Didn’t get what I booked simple ! And reservations used an excuse which was incorrect. Photos show. I booked a 1 bedroom APARTMENT but given a 1 bedroom LODGE. Reservations said quote “The listing you booked displays our general availability for 1, 2, or 3-bedroom apartments. However, it does not specify the exact type of unit (apartment, cottage, lodge, or Terrasse),”. The accommodation we received whilst semi private was noisy and warm beyond belief asked for a fan which we did receive which sort of helped. Hot tubs are far from private. All in all didn’t feel like a 5 star resort.
Worth noting for those without a car it’s close to the airport but you would need a taxi/bus to get anywhere else including a nearby shop as that is quite a Trek on foot. With young children or a light sleeper be aware of aircraft noise and also day of our check out the gardeners were round our lodge early mowing the grassed area. Maybe be better doing this once people check out instead of waking them up
