The staff were warm respectful and very responsive and helpful. The customer service was excellent! The accomodation and location was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The swimming pools were amazing!
Some in room functions needed upgrading and didn’t work well like the safe, fan and towel holders and phone.

I had an amazing stay at Thaproban Pavilion Resort and Spa. The rooms were very comfortable and well-maintained, and the pools were absolutely lovely—perfect for relaxing. The overall atmosphere made it feel like a peaceful and luxurious getaway.
Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike during my short stay. Everything met my expectations and made for a very enjoyable experience.

Staff we very friendly, food was very good, room was very spacious and swimming pool was nice
The hotel looks a bit tired - The outside building, the hotel room, around the swimming pool area.
It looks like it hasn't really been maintained since whenever it was opened. which is a real shame
It's a shame and could easily be rectified if management
$$$$
