The hotel is set in a peaceful location with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the pool area was a pleasant place to unwind. The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed for a short stay.
Some areas of the property would benefit from better maintenance and updating. The cleanliness and facilities did not always meet the standard we expected for the price paid. Service could also be more consistent during busy periods.

The staff were warm respectful and very responsive and helpful. The customer service was excellent! The accomodation and location was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The swimming pools were amazing!
Some in room functions needed upgrading and didn’t work well like the safe, fan and towel holders and phone.

Staff we very friendly, food was very good, room was very spacious and swimming pool was nice
The hotel looks a bit tired - The outside building, the hotel room, around the swimming pool area.
It looks like it hasn't really been maintained since whenever it was opened. which is a real shame
It's a shame and could easily be rectified if management
