Location, right on the beach, is superb. Staff are excellent, breakfast is good. We were in a penthouse, and enjoyed the balcony. We were there off season, so not many people around, made it more enjoyable!
Its a little run down in places. Breakfast choice could have been better, but its certainly not a deal breaker.

Close and easy access to the beach. Lovely front desk staff. Let me keep my bags at the front desk for a while after checkout.
I stayed in the penthouse which was slightly different to the pictures. The view wasn’t the same.
My bed sheets had some stains on them. The hotel overall felt a bit outdated. For the amount of money I spent it wasn’t worth it at all.
Breakfast was very mediocre. You have to tell them the night before if you want a Sri Lanka bfast which I wasn’t told.
Also the reviews about the noise and music are real- I thought because it was low season it would be quieter but there was music till 10-11 pm at night
