Amazing place run by the family who owns it

The place is like home - spacious, comfortable and with everything you might need for a nice stay. The owners are super nice and welcoming, they greeted us and gave all the details for us to enjoy our stay. All communication was via whatsapp and it was easy to arrange everything. We stayed there for 6 nights and really didn't want to leave - the private pool is nice, they have some pool toys for children, all appliances are there, including washing machine for clothes, which was nice, as we stayed there for a week. I would love to come back and stay there again. The property has 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so it can accompany a large family or group. The kitchen is equipped with a good quality appliances and very comfortable to use. The view from the upstairs terrace is amazing.

The property is in a residental area and is private and calm, which we enjoyed very much! But realistically you need a car to get to and from this place. It's not a big issue, but something to be aware. I would love to come back and stay there again.

Beautiful private villa, great place to relax and do nothing.

Really big private pool, fully equipped, only 10 mins from Old Town (€5 in a taxi), great hosts, big charcoal barbecue, would definitely stay again.

Superb

The property was 'just' far enough from the resorts to be quiet and still easy to get to. If you walk be prepared for a proper uphill walk back. I loved that as it burned off half the calories from the food eaten in the town! Our host and hostess were amazing and nothing was too much trouble.

Probably a bit too big for the three of us, but that's not a fault... at least we were never under each others feet

it’s a Country House NOT a Villa!!

to start with it’s not a Villa!! it’s a country house when we arrived the property was not ready and we had to wait till 4pm. then we are told we had to give a £400 deposit incase of any damages (this could have been said before hand as we had to use our spending money) the property owner stayed in a small house attached to the country house and was there most of the time being a little bit intrusive using our parking. she would come over to bring us snacks with the idea of looking around and staying there for a little while giving us instructions as if we were kids. Country house needs an urgent upgrade. we hardly used the pool as we were a little uncomfortable. she used to pop round to water the plants every morning. only bedroom on the top floor and one bedroom with two single beds on the bottom floor had air con the other two bedrooms had a standing fan. will not be staying here again!!

The family holiday we needed ❤️

The villa is in a beautiful location, very peaceful and catches alot of sun by the pool, the BBQ pit was well used as was the pool (abit nippy when getting in at first but absolutely fine when going in and out after that with the sun out). Joyce the owner is such a lovely welcoming lady and nothing was too much trouble for her.

For me the mattress on the double bed was quite firm but that's me been super picky. We did use spare duvets to pad it out though so it was fine. The villa was around 10 mins taxi ride from albufeira centre, golf course and zoomarina (about 7-10euro) each way but we went as a large group of 6 people so splitting the cost was fine. The villa is ideal for a big family holiday which is what we had ❤️

Superb

This is a really beautiful house. We loved the layout and space of the villa. It is perfect for families with great outdoor space too. The house has everything you need for a great holiday.

Mattresses were a bit firm for us. The location is fine for walking to Albufeira town or marina during the day (30-40 mins) but not suitable on an evening as it is along the edge of busy roads without pavements. Best with a car or taxis (which are cheap).

Wonderful villa

This was a lovely villa that felt like a home away from home. It’s in a quiet, peaceful location with great views of the town and sea from the balcony, and only 5 minutes away from the marina and main town by taxi. The rooms were spacious and the various bathrooms had fantastic showers. Joyce was lovely and incredibly helpful. From the welcome book with tips to the platter of sandwiches and bottle of wine awaiting us when we arrived, she was the ultimate host. She clearly communicated when she would like to stop by to water the outdoor plants and let us know when she was visiting the supermarket in case we needed anything. We would very happily return in future

Wonderful stay at Quinta das Flores!

My wife and I had a fantastic time at Joyce's place. The villa is very well equipped and has its own large swimming pool. What's especially nice about the villa is that it is very private and secluded, which was ideal for the two of us. Joyce was a wonderful host. We were treated with Portuguese wine and snacks on arrival and given some great restaurant recommendations.

We wish we could stay longer!

Best vaccation!

We spent three weeks at Quinta das Flores and it was wonderful. Especially the pool and the garden. The owner , Joyce, really took care of us.

Amazing. Relaxing

Our first villa trip usually go al inclusive ! I don't know where to start the host Joyce is one of the nicest people I have ever come across . Nothing is any bother . They were able to book transfers for us which I highly recommend .We arrived way before check in time which was no problem to be met by her hubby . They had freshly made sandwiches and tea prepared for us . Joyce then called by to take us to Aldi to stock up on food for the week . She just goes above and beyond . The property is beautiful a little out about 40 minute walk to the marina but not an easy walk to be honest especially with children .. Old town and marina 5 minutes by taxi which is about 5e with uber or 10 euro in a 8 seater taxi . Such a relaxing place that you don't want to leave the property is massive with everything you need . We can't wait to return !

The only let down was the dog next door that never stops barking ! We were used to it at the end of the week . Lol and would be great if the pool was heated it's really cold . but don't let this put you off Joyce and her property are amazing !

Epic, nice, Chill

it was amazing! much of love for the host she does a incredibel job ! would love to come back ! My friends and I had a good time there and it will stay with us for a long time ! its a great place to relax have a drink by the pool and just enjoy it !

If you don't like sun there is a lot of Sun :p but there is enough shade to sit in ! I really don't have anything to say about what was bad about it ! I would recommend it for anyone who needs a break off daily life !
