Amazing place. Spacious, warm and clean rooms. Clean spa with many sunbeds. Friendly service always willing to help. Stylish interior, bringing coziness. I don't think I've ever had better food than here - locally produced from their farm and all dishes were very well prepared.

Our room was reasonably spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The relaxation/ spa area was somewhat small, but never felt cramped. It was evident that the hotel was designed with great care. It offers a perfect blend of traditional Bulgarian design and modern convenience.
It would be nice to extend the breakfast hours a bit to accommodate people who like sleeping in a bit during their holidays.

- SPA area was good with all types of saunas & pools
- the view is amazing
- the wooden style of the hotel is very authentic
- the hotel was completely understaffed
- breakfast is extremely basic
- restaurant food was ok, however, sometimes burnt and compared to other restaurants in the area mediocre
- the pools are not well maintained with falling off tiles
- SPA area is extremely slippery and dangerous for kids
