Nestled in Wrightsville Beach, this charming house for $353 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Palm Paradise is the home you and your group are looking for! Perfect for family groups or a couples weekend. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two large balcony's you have everything you need! Enter the home and go up a flight of stairs to the main bedroom level. The master bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV and a private balcony that looks down the street to the beach. The private master bathroom suite has a shower, soaker tub, and a double vanity sink. Down the hall is the first guest bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds, perfect for kids or a couple. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. In the hall between the bedrooms is the washer dryer. Up a flight of stairs is the main living space. This floor has the final 3rd bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom with access in the hall and the bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, and access to the ocean view balcony. The kitchen has a great island/bar to gather around and bar stools to eat at. In the eating knook is a large table for dining. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal in, and the balcony is great for eating together or enjoying a cup of coffee! The house was convenient and walk to beach was very short. We had a great trip. However house was very dirty, carpets filthy (had to wear shoes) kitchen banquet seats were all torn, need more seating in living area. The air conditioning did not work properly and we called maintenance and left message and no one responded. Pots and put pans were in sad shape. We had plenty of dishes however and the pantry in the kitchen was great for storage. The master bedroom was big with large bath and closet. The design of the shower with steps could be dangerous. The other bed rooms were small but had their own bathrooms. One bedroom did not have a TV or anywhere to put your clothes. The owners need to update this house. It needs a really good floor to ceiling cleaning.

The location is wonderful for a mellow beach vacation - close to the pier, but not too close to loud restaurants/bars. Walking distance to the SUP in the sound. The house is lived in (wall scuffs, scratched wood floors, worn carpet, mismatched dishes), but that is a bonus depending on the type of holiday you are having - for instance, toddlers can be there without fear of ruining a pristine house. Top floor is good for family hangout/dinners. House is not for highly critical/demanding vacationers, but perfect if you want a good location and basic beachhouse relaxation needs met.

Location and size were good, but the rental had stained walls, floors and furniture, broken fixtures, an old and worn out assortment of pots and pans, and the occasional cockroach. Without a grill to cook on, the kitchen should have been better equipped. There is visible mold in the shower fixtures and pockmarks and stains on the walls -- it wouldn't take a huge investment to get this property up to par, but its clearly been neglected. We would not rent this again.

We rented this home for 3 nights for 5 adults. Location is excellent, close to the beach and walking distance to everything we needed. The house met our minimal threshold needs, but would not have been comfortable for a longer stay. The common spaces are not appropriately furnished, and the kitchen cooking pots/pans and dishware were not sufficient. Everything seemed a bit worn and tattered. One of the master bathrooms has a strange and arguably unsafe shower configuration. We will look for a different house next visit.

First, working with staff at Intracoastal Realty was great - they were very attentive and supportive throughout our stay. Our review does not reflect their customer service.
However, this property is in POOR CONDITION. Please find an itemized list below:
1) Air conditioning Not Working: When we arrived, the AC wasn't working on the 2nd floor. We had to let the AC guy into the property and wait while he fixed the AC.
2) Refrigerator was not cleaned at all: We had to clean it before putting food in.
3) Extremely Poor Kitchen Pots/Pans: The cookware in the kitchen is in very poor condition. They are burnt, stained, broken and unusable. We ended up buying a new pan and a pot for our time there to cook with.
4) Terrible carpet appearance: Terrible carpet stains throughout the house from pets peeing on the carpet.
5) Broken items in bathroom: Broken bars in the bathroom.
6) ) Stains on bedding: Pet pee stains on bedding.
7) Fan on 3rd Floor Control Switch battery was dead.
8) Finally, when we arrived, the trash was completely overflowing trash outside the property and there was trash all over the grass. It did not give us the best first impression of the property.

While the location and views were great, this house needs some attention. It is worn and overall dirty. From the floors to sparse furniture - everything needs to be replaced. I have never encountered carpet so dirty I would not let my children walk barefoot on it. I left 2 messages regarding roaches and never received a call back. Also, there is no access to the garage, which is not mentioned in the listing. This house was a huge disappointment.

Spent a week at Palm Paradise to find somewhere that was relatively covid-safe other than our house. Super convenient location to walk to the beach, run/walk the loop, and ride/walk to the shops. Also, very short walks to beautiful views of the marsh and pretty sunsets. Layout of the house allowed us to stay up stairs on the top floor and establish kid-ville on the middle floor. Worked out great!

Nasty Carpet and no hot water
The carpet is filthy, I’m surprised the property management company allows this condition of carpet. Also we had no hot water when we arrived Saturday afternoon, and found the same when we needed to take showers Sunday Morning. Called the property management company at 8:20am and again at 11:30 as no one had come, Finally a plumber came at 12:45pm . Unacceptable service from Intercoastal Vacation Rentals.

This home is in a nice location a minute walk to the beach. The property is as described make sure you note that in this type of beachside home, the main living area is in the third floor. We enjoyed sitting on the porch every morning and evening. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and pans appropriately although well used. The packaged towels were nice and provided reassurance that they were clean. A few suggestions: the carpeting in the stairs is in need of cleaning or replacement. An additional chair in The living room would be nice as there is only seating for 3-4. 3 comfortably. Also the addition of a TV to the upstairs bedroom would be appreciated as the other two rooms had TVs. We had a great time. Thank you for having us

The house was awesome and location was perfect. We were coming off of a bad rental experience the night before with someone else so this house definitely helped to make up for our vacation time lost there. Perfect sleeping situations and close to beach for moving the kids back and forth when they were tired. Porch sitting was great. Most important was that Intracoastal was very responsive and found us a great vacation rental at the last minute that lived up to our expectations.

Palm Paradise was in a great location, steps from the beach. It was very spacious and furniture in great condition. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the property and felt like we needed to vacuum and wipe down entire kitchen upon arrival. We were also hesitant to cook in the pots provided. We understand it’s a rental and we may not get quality cooking equipment but those Teflon pots are peeling like crazy and just looked unsafe to use. We had some issues with no cable the first few days but Intracoastal was helpful in getting it fixed.
