Large clean apartment. I was slightly annoyed when I discovered there was no washing machine in the apartment but the laundry room down stairs was great a large washer and dryer. Kitchen had lots of plates and cutlery. The toaster wasn’t working Elana and Margot brought a new one to us that afternoon. Location was perfect for restaurants taxis and shopping

The location and general facilities were great.
Maybe the fact that we had to wait for access. If we could have had earlier access it would have been so much better.

Although the apartment listing on Booking clearly states that it includes a balcony, there is absolutely no balcony in the apartment. There is not even a balcony door — only a standard window.
This is clearly misleading information. I chose this apartment specifically and solely because it was advertised as having a balcony. I did not book it for its central location or rating. Had I known there was no balcony, I would never have made this reservation.
Due to this significant discrepancy between the listing and the actual condition of the property, we experienced a serious inconvenience. This matter should be investigated and that appropriate action be taken, including correction of the listing.
