The location was very good. The property is located in one of the main streets in Barcelona leading to Plaza de Catalunya.
The elevator was very small in terms of space for
People and luggage. Guests need to ensure that the doors are properly closed, otherwise, the elevator doesn’t move whenever buttons to call it are pressed.

The location was perfect. Checking in was easy. Our apartment was just what we needed for 3 adults. The kitchen was a big help as we had lots of leftovers from all the great restaurants we ate at in the area. The staff was helpful and having on site storage was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Barcelona.
1. The limited hours the concierge/front desk was available.
2. The need for the cage door to be secured in order for the (tiny) lift to operate. We had to climb the stairs several times (to the 2nd & 4th floors) to locate & close the open cage door.

Safet, furtniture comfotable, fast checkout. Kitchen and eashing machine dryer in the apt. was nice
There was only one bathroom, we booked a 2 bedroom and it wasnt quite 2 bedrooms because only one had a door, the other only a partition. There was a sofa bed in the living room which was fine but we were 6 ppl so one bathroom was not enough especially for the price we paid. The towels were not clean, there was dust on the towel hanger and the towels were old one was even torn. There was no housekeeping service, we had to take out our own trash. The elevator was old, slow and small we had to go up in turns. We expected much better service for such high ratings and expensive price.
