It was very clean. I think they cleaned the bathrooms every day. I liked the matresses and slept comfortable with the mattresses.
You can easily walk around quiet streets and walk towards some nice restaurants and bars!
Somehow there was a bad smell when you enter the room every time (not coming from us as it was there the first time). However, the AC will get rid of the smell.

コンビニも至近で便利
スタッフもフレンドリーで好感が持てます。
水回り（シャワー、洗面所、おトイレ）も清潔で使い易かったです。

Très bien placé. Facile d'enregistrer et de quitter.

La ubicación. Barrio tranquilo y cerca de transporte clave para moverte por Kyoto.
No es un hotel, es un hostel.
Yo no lo recomendaría como alojamiento para familias.
La foto principal no es del alojamiento nada que ver con la realidad.
Exceso de normas y de horarios, al final parecía más un cuartel que un "hotel". Prácticamente los huéspedes son los responsables y encargados de la limpieza del alojamiento, zonas comunes, baños, etc. Necesita mejorar en la limpieza. En 6 días no vimos que nadie hiciera limpieza ni de habitaciones ni de zonas comunes, todo se resumía en carteles indicando que lo dejáramos limpio.
Staff inexistente, cuando te encontrabas al chico que teóricamente era parte del staff, parecía más bien otro huésped. Comunicación complicada. Pedimos toallas limpias el tercer día y el muchacho no sabía ni de donde sacarlas.
La lavadora y secadora que aparecen en las fotos son de pago, a un precio bastante más elevado que el de una lavandería externa.
