Perfektes Hotel, wenn man günstig und gut wohnen möchte

Top modernes Zimmer, perfekt sauber und sehr ruhig. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Einzig eigenartig fand ich, dass man das Badezimmer nicht zumachen kann. Es gibt moderne Glaswände, die man nicht schließen kann. Ansonsten war wirklich alles perfekt 👌🏻. Die Garage ist nicht zu eng und gleich beim Hotel. Das Hotel liegt perfekt zur Merkur Arena, wenn man auf ein Fussballmatch gehen möchte. Mit der Tram ist man in 10min in der Innenstadt. Zu Fuß ca 20 Minuten.

The appartment is very close to the stadium of Sturm Graz. Great place. A nice public swimming pool is in the neighbourhood.

Superb

Perfect value for money. Quality of service, politeness of the staff, hygiene, breakfast. On top of everything that was provided, I forgot my perfume in the room and I got a call after 2 hours informing me and being at disposal to sent to me.

Even location is quite solid. You can walk 30 min or take a public transportation (30 sec from facility) and you’ll be in city center in less than 10 min.

Nice and spacious, sadly uncomfortable bed

Very nice and spacious appartment. The staff was friendly and open to accommodate a late check-in. Parking in a garage was easy to find.

Bed was quite uncomfortable, pillows had a strange sweet smell. For this reason alone, I wouldn't stay here again.

A great property.

We were pleased to have stayed at this property for many reasons - location is great, quiet, room spacious and comfortable. Easy access to tramline. We appreciated having a supermarket close by. Staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Prior to our arrival, we communicated via email and messages (via Booking.com) with various queries, and they were answered promptly and providing necessary information.

The bathroom situation - toilet was in a separate room but the shower is in the main bathroom which has no door = no privacy. May be ok for a couple but traveling with my 18-yr-old son required each of us to sit at the kitchen table while the other showered. Weird.

Interior design is lovely and spacy room with balcony was great. Staff is lovely, welcoming and of great help.

Minor details need a bit of polish for the price, more of a maintenance issues, ex. Basement doors to garage are stuck/hard to open, just some of the general upkeep, a bit of repainting would make the premises flawless

Luxury is in the name but not in the presentation. There are better value hotels in Graz.

The rooms are a good size and have a balcony. The staff were super friendly. The air conditioning was a great asset and needed as the room was hot and stuffy otherwise.

The automated check-in was broken all of the time I was there. The sauna opening hours were bad and it had to be booked half an hour in advance. There was no fitness room. There were no English speaking channels on the TV and it did not work with my phone. You had to log into the WIFI several times a day, often while you were using it. The mini-bar was tiny and the door did not close properly plus It did not get very cold. The electricity only turned on with your room key.

I liked the kettle in the room and the position as it was well connected and served.

it was not cleaned very well the boiler makes a lot of noise, as well as guests in the balcony overnight no staff after 10pm

Everything was great. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished and equipped. The location was also very convenient. The staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you, Hannah, for everything! I highly recommend this place for private or business stay in Graz.
