Location, friendly staff, good breakfast
The room we got was small, only 3 electric outlets (one in the bathroom and two in a corner of the room, none near the bed), getting off the bath was risky due the high level of the bath and no handle to support (as you have to lock the door of the bathroom it is risky if one slips), the city map was very small and not possible to use

The hotel staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful from the first contact until checkout. Great amenities, very good restaurant for dinner/breakfast, really good cakes at the cafe.
What I didn't realise when I booked the hotel was the amount of artwork they display. Everywhere you go, from the room to the hallways and game room, you can see painting after painting, most by local artists.
We booked a room with a balcony and got one without, but it rained so it didn't make any difference.

Excellent staff, beautiful hotel with superb amenities. Dinner and breakfast was the cherry on too, michelin star level.
