A reggeli változatos, a svédasztal szépen tálalva. Gyönyörű kilátás az étteremből.
Vacsorát eredetileg nem kértünk, de két este is ott ettünk, mert kényelmes volt helyben vacsorázni és örültünk a finom svédasztalnak.
A környék gyönyörű. Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó a tátralomnici felvonókhoz, a lombkorona ösvényhez, az ótátrafüredi fogaskerekűhöz és jókat lehet kirándulni. Helyben az erdei séta is nagyon kellemes volt.

Extremely child friendly. The inside playground is great and loads of activities to do. The rooms were clean.
The food was brilliant, one of the best and tastiest I have tried in a hotel.
A fridge would be handy.

Generalnie wszystko w miarę ok, ale kilka dziwnych aspektów rzutuje na całość oceny.
1. Na basen przechodzi się przez strefę saun - czyli strefę ciszy, strefę nagości, strefę relaksu. Na całym świecie strefa ta jest strefą dostępną tylko dla osób dorosłych. W tym hotelu w strefie saun w związku z tym, że nie ma innego przejścia na basen i jacuzzi, drą się małe dzieci wraz z rodzicami. Nikt nikogo nie pilnuje.
2. Strefa Spa (sauny wraz z basenem i jacuzzi) czynna do godz. 21:00. Pani obslugujaca o godzinie 20:45 wyprasza wszystkich grzecznie mówiąc, że musi jeszcze zdążyć pozamykać/posprzątać co jest co najmniej nietaktowne.
3. W restauracji (na śniadaniu) ekspres do kawy nie przygotowuje kawy tylko jakiś napój kawopodobny. Brak ekspresu na kawę.
4. W pokoju np. 206 (ostatnim w korytarzu) nie działa WIFI. Jak chcesz w telewizorze uruchomić np. Netflix lub Youtube to musisz udostępnić sobie hotspot z telefonu. Żenada.
