Vše bylo dokonalé. Hlavně přístup paní recepční - moc milá, vstřícná, perfektní. Snídaně bohaté velmi chutné, ubytování luxusní, včetně wellness. Už jsme zde byli loni a byli jsme moc spokojeni.

Everything was great !!!
Jarka and Veronika were so kind , had patience even for noisy kids.. , gave many recommendations for the area , organised a very good and tasty breakfast. The rooms were very clean and with lots of space and touch . A wonderful place for our family . ( or for couples )

The accommodation itself, the vibe, and the on site staff were all excellent.
Despite offering on their website that kids under 3 years old stay for free, the hotel booking department charges 30 Eur per night both on booking.com and when booked directly. They refused to refund when asked to honor their offer.
