Situated in Imperial Beach, this attractive condo for $189 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to Palm Ave, our newest property in Imperial Beach. Palm Ave is only one block away from the beach! This gorgeous two bedroom, two bath condo has more than 1100 square feet of living space. Complete with a balcony, outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill. This property has a private garage with direct access to the individual unit. Guest can also access it from the street. Upon entering the beach house, you will find a newly remodeled open floor plan living area with 55" flat-screen TV( Netflix , Roku free WIFI) a dining room, kitchen and two full bath rooms. A comfortable queen sofa sleeper. On the second floor are two newly decorated bedrooms with brand new queen size beds, one room has a very large closet. The second full bath is situated between both bedrooms for convenient access. We want it to be easy for you to have a good time, so we have stocked our condo with two bikes, boogie boards, a wagon, some beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella and a few sand toys for you to use while on vacation. We also have a washer & dryer in the unit located in the garage. We provide laundry soap, shampoo , conditioner, body wash, coffee creamer and beverages to get you started on your vacation. We also have a board games for family time. Condo also has A/C for the too Hot summer days.

Our family of 4 had an AMAZING stay! The VRBO had everything we needed. Stephanie thought through every little detail to make the place perfect. It was clean, quiet, had the cutest beach decor, comfy beds, everything we needed for cooking meals, everything for the beach, outdoor seating, a selection of books and DVDs, family board games... the list goes on. We settled in like it was home and didn't want to leave after our 10 days. It was a great location to get to Coronado and San Diego for fun day trips and of course, it was just a block away from the beach. Thank you for an amazing trip and for making our vacation so enjoyable.

Thank you to the property owners for providing so many nice touches to make this like a home away from home for our family to spend Christmas in Imperial Beach. We were quite cozy here with our 2 and 4 year old boys. There are so many fun places, shops, restaurants within walking distance. It was so nice to walk to the beach or dinner. This was a nice place to land after a busy day in San Diego. The drive to all the major attractions was very pleasant and quick.
The city is quiet and felt safe, even with there being a fairly lively atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly and took pride in the area. Seaside Candy had a phenomenal breakfast and fun throwbacks to old arcade games and an old candy shop. The owner was so sweet and accommodating.
We appreciated having a high chair, tons of beach equipment and a well stocked kitchen. The owners were so kind to provide snacks and water to welcome us. The condo was quiet and beautifully decorated.
My comments to future visitors: bring slippers, the floors can get a little rough on the feet after a while. Also, be prepared for a lot of stairs. I didn't mind getting in a little extra exercise, but it is worth mentioning. Keep in mind that the beaches are technically closed due to sewage contamination from Tijuana. It has been closed for over a year and has been a problem for almost 20 years. We took our kids to walk on the beach there but traveled farther north about 20 min to get in the water. Also, the end of the pier is closed and being repaired due to structural damage.

We had a lovely stay in this cute and comfortable condo just steps from the beach. We took evening walks down the pier each night. There is an adorable and fun ice cream / candy shop across the street that was open late - the kids loved it. Beds were very comfortable. This was good quality at a great value.

All I can say is Imperial Beach is AMAZING. Stephanie's condo is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! It was perfect and felt like home. The neighbors that I saw were friendly and the location is PERFECT. It was our first time to Imperial Beach and we loved it. I can't wait to return next year!

Great property, but I would prefer staying at the 175 unit next time....I prefer the air flow as it is closer to the beach and no need for air conditioning.

Clean and very cute
My mom, daughter and I stayed here for a week in July. We did not go to the beach there, but we did have access to a lot of beaches and San Diego scenery by car. The condo was extremely clean and there were so many amenities in the kitchen and for the beach that were appreciated.

Lovely
Stephanie and Bernardo own a lovely townhouse blocks from the beach. They have stocked the home with everything ypu would need for a day at the beach. Stephanie was kind and responded quickly to all questions and needs even coming to fix one of the bikes during our stay. This is the perfect place for a family, they even had board games for us to use while there. Close to downtown San Diego, airport, Sea World and all the beaches.

Great Location, Excellent Features
Great location just a half block away from Imperial Beach, places to eat, the pier, and what looks like an awesome place to swim and surf. Unfortunately, the beach was closed at the time we visited due to contamination, but we still made the most of it and the proximity to Coronado via the Silver Strand which also presents. great bike trail using the included bikes. Beach toys for the kids, lots of hot water, and everything you would need to enjoy a week (or more) here. Kids loved it, we would stay again. Stephanie has done a great job creating a very inviting space that feels like your home away from home.

The home was super nice and just as the owners listed it. We had a great time and would love to visit Imperial Beach again. There were a few issues several days after we checked out so just be sure to take pictures upon arrival and check out of property and belongings in the home.

Very nice setup and no problem finding anything. They even had a book with the local places to eat and places to visit. Very clean and comfortable. Property manager was very easy to communicate with and instructions were very clear. Great place to stay.

The condo is situated well for us - a quiet neighborhood, close to our daughters and grandchild, great birding, beach ice cream, pier, and sunsets, vintage shopping, and sightseeing. We hope to return. It was just the respite from the cold we needed! San Diego is a wonderful destination - good weather and so many attractions!

This was an absolutely perfect place to access the beach, Coronado, Navy facilities and San Diego. Very comfortable and easy to get to. Hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly. Parking was easy - if you have a rental car don’t get a mega vehicle but our mini van rental was perfect. Just felt like home away from home with everything you need and a grocery store nearby. My husband and I honeymooned in San Diego almost 20 years ago. We have been wanting to take our kids back, and since our oldest starts college in the Fall, this was the perfect opportunity. This house and the Gonzalez’ were great from day 1. The house was comfortable and had so many extra touches. The beach was close and not crowded. We purchased the Go San Diego explorer pass (great investment btw), so coming back to a comfortable house at night to rest and recharge, was wonderful. There are many excellent restaurants in the area, and all the attractions are within a short drive. It was an amazing trip.
