The hotel had a friendly atmosphere and the rooms where very clean with very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast! We loved this hotel so much that we will be back. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay super! Thank you so much!

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were up to date with amazing views. Location is amazing with lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk or uber.
The sauna was out of use, but I wasn’t told this on arrival, even once asked if I would be using the facilities during my stay.

The location is great and we chose a suite which was spacious and had a lovely bathroom and balcony. the parking is nearby and the price is expensive but not awful. One lady on reception was awesome
We paid £1000 for one night and were charged an extra £49 for an awful breakfast which was refunded after I ate meat that was off. We had cigarettes burns in some of the throws in the room and the sliding doors didn't work very well just not what you expect for the price we paid. I would say we were given a refund of £100 plus our breakfast after we complained but it wasn't great. The lady who checked us in also told us the wrong parking area and didn't book our cruise transfer despite us asking which we just felt was all a bit shoddy.
