This was my second visit to this great hotel (my last was in 2015) and I had room 7 this time which has a balcony over looking Southampton Water, which I used when ever I could. The staff and food was great. Parking is free.
The access to the balcony does not have full black out with it being a triangle window which meant I woke on the first morning when it got light, so I would need to bring my eye mask next time.
With being so close to the water it does have its downsides, but nothing that the hotel can do about the ships sounding their horns when you are trying to sleep.

The room was very spacious in a very nice area, good locality to Beaulieu Autojumble too.
The fridge in the room was very loud.

Location was fantastic. Room very spacious. Bed huge. Food in restaurant excellent quality
Had to find cash to tip staff in restaurant , no facility to add to bill on card. Checkin had to queue with people wanting drinks at the bar
