The location was great. Across the road from WestQuay shopping centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was really hot! We even opened the window and still very hot. No fridge.

Location, the service for booking taxi to port made it stress free, very value for money
Busy at breakfast struggling to find a seat, but then it a good place to stop and popular

Everything was great! Staff was helpful with providing directions to places of interest within walking distance. Breakfast was so delicious! Staff was helpful with coordinating our taxi ride to the port. Room was clean and comfortable.
Nothing that I can think of at the moment.

Breakfast, (continental +), was very nice.. Selection was good, and the coffee machine gets accolades. Location was definitely a plus, with the ride to the harbor just minutes,(5), away. Lobby(?) and restaurant/bar was eclectic with a comfortable vibe….
Employees were helpful and friendly overall.
Room/lift was small!! No chair, just a small ottoman to sit on in the room. Cramped space, including the bathroom, which had NO washcloths and average water pressure for a shower. A one time experience.
