Breakfast was excellent ! Really tasty good quality, eggs fried/poached perfect. Location quiet and great for visiting both parts of Eastbourne.

Great location, quiet but near the beach and many other essentials including the sailing club. The staff were really helpful and made every effort to ensure I was well looked after.
