We have used this place a few times before. We like the freedom it gives us to come and go - breakfast is simple but plenty of it.

It was convenient stop from Robin Hoods bay to our friends in Ulceby. Having hot water was nice. Easy to find with the directions.
Shame we didn’t meet the family as they were out.

Gorgeous country house set within an idyllic woodland with rabbits and squirrels prancing all over the place. Super communicative hosts and clear instructions for getting there and getting in. Super cute breakfast setup that can be had at any time which was very handy for us as we were eating very early.
Could've done with a little more crockery and cutlery available particularly for evening eating, though this did lead to quite a fun scene of us eating fish and chips with spoons on tiny breakfast plates so we didn't mind much!

The bed was comfortable and the DIY breakfast was adequate and fresh.
The bathroom in the family room we were offered as an alternative to the double without TV was musty, with a very small shower cubicle, and in need of refurbishment. The function room below our room was being used by a guitarist and singer, which was disturbing.
