Wonderful stay! The beachfront location is beautiful, the breakfast and food were very good, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member, from reception to customer service, was friendly, attentive, and professional.
A special thank you to Miguel, who went above and beyond with his kindness and willingness to help. It was also a pleasure meeting the owner and his wife—they are a wonderful couple doing an excellent job.
The only downside was the sargassum, but that’s a natural seasonal issue and completely beyond the hotel’s control. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent, booked restaurants etc providing everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with ample choice of different dishes, we had both lunch and a dinner by the pool which was also first rate

This small boutique hotel was a calm and welcoming oasis along the beach in South Tulum; every single member of staff was so friendly and helpful and really made an effort to be on a first-name basis with us, which was very charming; the food was great, our room was beautiful and spacious and the whole vibe of the property was just super relaxing - the team at the spa also deserves a special callout! We booked three massages during the week we were there and they were outsanding.

The design is very special, the staff are nice, the food was very good, the view from our room was stunning , the area was good, the fact that we could go to Radu was great option when the sea wasn’t an option.
intimate place a special for couples
The fact that it’s non smoking property it’s something you didn’t mention at your website (booking), there is not music for atmosphere, it’s very nice for couples that want to be in intimate place! we stayed at the top room that was very special and expansive and the problem that we heard all of the noises from the middle room like we stayed at the same room and it’s a shame 😞
and I think that In 11 rooms resort they could communicate with us much more about the activities beside the message they send on arrival .
