I liked everything from the location to the amazing room, the staff were all very welcoming professional and friendly.
The food at the restaurant was also very good.

This hotel was one of our favourite experiences so far! From the beautiful location and stunning beach to the incredible ocean-view room, everything exceeded our expectations. The hospitality and service from the staff were an added bonus. It genuinely felt like everyone was going above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
The hotel’s restaurant and bar were amazing too! The food was delicious, and the margaritas were fantastic. We really enjoyed being able to relax at the property and enjoy everything it had to offer.
We had absolutely no complaints. The property feels luxurious, the rooms are beautiful, and the beach is lovely and peaceful. What we especially appreciated was that, despite the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, most restaurants, bars, and nightclubs were still within a convenient 10–15-minute walk.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing stay without being too far from all the action. We would absolutely love to come back!
Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

OMG. What wasn’t there to love!? The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond in so many different ways when asked or help was sought. Truly a great experience - especially during the “low” season. While it was quiet and a felt a bit off the beaten path, there was so much life here and nearby. Great space!
Not a lot comes to mind. We appreciated that we were there during high sargassum season - so not much you can do about that. If there was an issue, the staff was ready and available to help.
