OMG. What wasn’t there to love!? The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond in so many different ways when asked or help was sought. Truly a great experience - especially during the “low” season. While it was quiet and a felt a bit off the beaten path, there was so much life here and nearby. Great space!
Not a lot comes to mind. We appreciated that we were there during high sargassum season - so not much you can do about that. If there was an issue, the staff was ready and available to help.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were lovely throughout our stay. The restaurant team also did a wonderful job helping us celebrate our daughter’s birthday and made the evening feel really special. The location is excellent, right on the beach and directly on Tulum’s main hotel strip, so it’s easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and other spots nearby.
The pool was a sad, dirty little plunge pool/bar situation. Admittedly, I should have done more research before booking. To be fair, the ocean is probably the much better option for swimming when there isn’t a seasonal seaweed bloom.
Everything is extra. The included breakfast was actually very good, but the portions were markedly smaller than the à la carte versions of the same dishes. Why? It just felt unnecessarily stingy, especially at this price point.
