Everything is wonderful about this resort: the location, the service, the food, the facilities. Above all, the staff is fabulous--attentive and good-natured. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The rooftop had stunning views, there are two pools and a great beach.
Only one restaurant on site which was expensive

The hotel itself is beautiful, including restaurant. Awesome view form the rooftop bar. Very stylish rooms, but...
... but uncomfortable. Really disappointing staff - very rude staff, unhelpful (even calling a cab or checking tax fare). Very slow service at the restaurant even if it's half empty. Loud until late hours.
