Property was new, very luxurious and in an excellent location. The decor and vibe were 5 star.
Nothing we did not like

Good view
Have tried some Hyatt hotels but this one is not that satisfactory. Room - Facilities in the room are way too simple and the room has such strong smell from decoration... We requested air purifier machine, and half an hour later, a staff appeared with an aroma spray... Staff - Housekeeping directly opened the door and broke in without knocking or noticing. The welcome drink came 1 and half hour after we arrived... Dining - The breakfast canteen is just in the lobby, just next to the reception. In the morning when lots of people checking out, it was noisy and many people walking past... Either the room or the service is not worthy of it.
