Nice facilities. Close to a bus stop. Clean and comfortable rooms.
The reception were not very helpful at times. Breakfast spread could be improved with more vegetarian options.

Great hotel with fabulous facilities. Well serviced swimming pool with a bar area. The rims were spacious with a lovely balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was situated not far from the main old town which would then access the rest of the island. There was a local bus just outside the hotel Straight into the old town. The hotel was a few minutes walk from the beach with long sandy beach lovely clean water lovely place to swim. Plenty of restaurants.

We only stayed two nights at this hotel. It was easy to get to and in close distance to the beach and busses. The staff were nice and the hotel overall seemed clean. The pool area is really nice. Upon our arrival we went down to use the pool area and also had the best coffee, across our one week stay in Mallorca, which was a huge plus. The room is a nice size and the balcony was also really nice to enjoy the view and sun from.
As others have described there were an issue with bugs. When we first arrived we didn't notice anything, but after an hour in the room, we came to find a lot of ants on the bathroom sink, mirror, shelf, and walls (they seem to be coming out of the drain). They didn't seem to be anywhere else in the room, but we didn't feel comfortable leaving any of our things in the bathroom, because there were so many of them. Apparently this is an issue in several rooms.
There were also issues with other guests. Maybe we just got unlucky, but we got woken up several times during the first night, by other drunk hotel guests who were knocking violently on our door and trying to pull down the handle and enter. They were screaming and acting insane. These were adult guests... The phone in the hotel room didn't work, so we had to go down to reception to make a complaint, which wasn't very comfortable either, since it was 3./4.am and these guests were acting insane. They did go to check on the drunk guests, but as far as we know nothing came of it.
Again the next day, there were new guests in the rooms next to us (alot of teenagers) and that caused for a night filled with music, screaming and them being loud and inconsiderate of other guests late into the night and morning. Despite the hotel in general being a nice place and the staff being friendly, the guests were incredibly obnoxious and inconsiderate, and not much seemed to be done about it, which ultimately meant that we didn't have the most comfortable stay.
