Immer wieder eine Reise wert

Ein super schönes Hotel, alles sehr hell eingerichtet, so ein sauberes Hotel habe ich lange nicht gesehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt dort.

Es ist sehr hellhörig, wenn die betrunkenen Leute in der Nacht durch den Flur irren.

Hübsches eher ruhiges Hotel

Der Pool ist hübsch und ruhig gelegen. Das Personal sehr nett, Frühstück total gut und von allem etwas. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Der Teppich im Flur muss dringend erneuert werden. Einzelzimmer sind sehr eng/klein dafür war der Preis zu hoch.

Jó választás

Az étel nagyon jó volt, mindig volt mit választani, bőségesen jól lehetett lakni. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A hotel feljebb van a parttól, csendes, nem volt bulizaj. Teltház volt elvileg, de nem volt zsúfolt. A szoba teljesen korrekt volt, minden volt amire szükségem volt. Összességében nagyon jó választás.

A hotelban kizárólag készpénzzel lehet fizetni. Ezt nem reklámozzák eléggé, érheti az embert meglepetés. Vacsorához csak pénzért van ital (víz is), de reggelihez minden van. A folyosókon a szőnyegek tényleg ocsmányak, sokan írták, de elviselhető. A szobámban a légkondi hangos volt, aludni nem lehetett mellette, de amúgy jól működött. Sokan írják, hogy nincs hűtő, tényleg nincs, engem mondjuk nem zavart.

Velmi příjemný hotel s několika bazény a výborným jídlem.

Ubytování bylo velmi příjemné. Z vyšších pater hotelu je nádherný výhled na moře, stejně tak z hotelového střešního bazénu. Výborná kuchyně. V tomto hotelu byla i velmi dobrá večeře formou polopenze.

V hotelu fungoval pouze jeden výtah, ale věřím, že to bylo dočasné.

Je le conseil à tout le monde.

Le personnel attentionné, l’emplacement près de tout, la propreté et l’entretien du bâtiment. Seul en couple ou en famille c’est parfait.

Pas de frigo dans la chambre. Quand vous sortez sur le balcon ne pas refermer complètement sinon vous êtes embarré dehors hahaha.

Great location, food and most of the staff. Slightly unclean room and thin walls

Great location, close to the beach, shops and airport. Lovely waiting staff in the restaurant. Great pool, always an available sunbed. Great variety of food and drink.

When I first checked in, there were a few dark hairs on my bed and the bathroom was dusty and hasn’t been cleaned properly. Older woman at the front desk was a bit rude. They give you a glass of lemon water on arrival which I fancied one day which she swiftly told me was arrival drinks only. On booking.com the description says no kids but there were quite a few loud kids and babies at the hotel during my stay. The walls of my rooms were very thin so I was frequently woken up in the night by screaming babies.

Good due to very friendly people who are working there!

Professional, friendly staff. The swimming pool area is well organised, and is also pretty good. The restaurant was clean,the food was good, diverse and tasty.

The room needs a professional cleaning as it is an old repair and just normal cleaning does not help. It has a urine smell, I would suggest some WC cleaning products to be in the bathroom. Also, daily cleaning is done very superficially ( under beds was never cleaned). Towels are not clean as they are very old.

Quiet hotel if you want rest and nice stuff

It was nice pool, not so much people, quiet, nice rooms with balcony, every day changed towels and clean rooms, good food and nice stuff. Sangria in ahotel was very cheap and good:)

The facility was very clean. Staff at the front desk and restaurant were very friendly and always helpful. Great location, within a short walk of the beach.

there was no evening entertainment at the hotel. The pool closes too early everyday, at 7 pm. limited food selection.

Great value for the money. Highly recommended

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much. The food was excellent (buffet), the rooms were big and clean, the pool and the pool area was big and clean as well. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I needed gluten-free food, which the hotel provided as well. Overall, great value for the money. We will definitely go back. Thank you for everything!

It was perfect, definitely coming again.

I loved hotel’s location, it’s only around 6 minutes walk away from beach Playa de Palma. The staff was caring and kind. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Me and my boyfriend had an early flight and we had to leave the hotel at 4.30 AM and they provided us with a small breakfast and coffee.

Great place to stay in Playa de Palma

The room was good and it was cleaned every day. Also the food was great with a wide choice of dishes. The location is also great - it's near the beach and bus stops.

It would be good to have a teapot and a fridge in the room. Except of this everything was great.

A very enjoyable experience.

A little gem of a hotel. Recommend the half-board option, food is delicious with plenty of choice. Immaculately clean hotel, in a quiet location (5mins from beach). Staff are very friendly. I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.

No pool disappointment

Lovely hotel, spacious room, clean, food adequate

Pool was emptied on first day and remained empty. An issue with the water quality I think! No apologies or goodwill gestures from the hotel was disappointing

Very good stay, professional staff who were really nice, easy access to the beach and restaurants!

The breakfast and dinner were great with lots of choices and really nice staff! The room was quiet with comfortable beds .

It would be good to let people know you need cash to pay for drinks at the restaurant, also you can easily get locked out on the balcony, a warning would be good!

Breakfast and evening meal were good standard fare. Staff were attentive and helpful. Dining was a pleasant experience.

The walls were a little thin for our liking. We had to call reception to ask the next room to turn down electronic pre club house music. Which they did in all fairness. The next night we were woken about 4.30 am by the same clubbers having sex, which was a bit awkward and well gross. We asked for a room change the next morning and the hotel were great about it. They moved us up two floors, and yes things were a little quieter!
