The hotel was perfect for a one night stay, close to the airport just after we landed late in the night. The check in process and the staff were very helpful and very efficient on our requests.
It's a good place for a one night stay, not for a long therm holiday. Just a bit difficult to drive the street where it it located, and apart from that, we were extremely pleased with our experience.

The room was very tidy, had a small fridge and hair dryer. We only stayed for 1 night to be closer to the airport for our early morning flight, so this was convenient for us.
Honestly the hotel was not the problem, but the location was awful!! This area of Mallorca is quite disgusting & seedy, it has no charm and is full of drunk German tourists. We left the hotel at 4am to go to the airport and all the drunks were still arriving back to the hotel being very loud. We certainly won't be coming back to this area of Mallorca, it was out of pure convenience and closeness to the airport that we even did in the first place.

Location is nice, friendly staff, especially the ladies that take care of the rooms. The overall experience was nice, with exception of the other guests...
With very thin walls and drunk people all over the place, it was impossible to sleep and looked more like a hostel. No possibility to warm water for a tea, only coffee machine downstairs. Breakfast included in the description was "an error by Booking", the owner explained. If you wish to enjoy your vacation sober, I do not recommend. El Arenal might be a place for partying, but it doesn't feel like Spain. Very disappointing.
