Not recommend if you want to rest at night.

Location is nice, friendly staff, especially the ladies that take care of the rooms. The overall experience was nice, with exception of the other guests...

With very thin walls and drunk people all over the place, it was impossible to sleep and looked more like a hostel. No possibility to warm water for a tea, only coffee machine downstairs. Breakfast included in the description was "an error by Booking", the owner explained. If you wish to enjoy your vacation sober, I do not recommend. El Arenal might be a place for partying, but it doesn't feel like Spain. Very disappointing.

Superb

After I read the reviews I was a bit sceptical about being noisy but everything was great, there was no noice from other rooms but I guess this also depends what kind of people are staying in the rooms around you. The staff was very nice, the room was cleaned everyday, in the lobby there are umbrellas for the beach that you can use free of charge. The bathroom and the room were a good size, also a big balcony. This hotel was one of the few things we liked about El Arenal.

Property is great, but the whole area is mainly for drunken Germans. Best decision we made was to rent a car. The island is so beautiful, loads of great beaches.

its close to the beach, has a good key system, pretty private and a much smaller hotel compared to ones close by which is a good thing if you dont like drunk germans keeping you up partying at 3am. hahaha got love for my germans ❤️

balcony isnt that private, but it is very clean and has a trashcan and ashtray which is convenient. good place still

great experience

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning service was astounding and personal was super friendly and helpful. Due to air conditioning it was pleasant.

The neighbors were quite loud. But you can’t blame them, they were on vacation as well.

The check in was convenient. We arrived late in the evening and got our room key from the key box and on the next day we could do the check in once the reception staff was back at work. Also, when leaving the hotel you could just leave your key in the box.

Friendly stuff, late night access to the room even when reception is closed - proper check in available in the morning. Location is great.

Ultra thin walls- you can hear your neighbor plugging the charger in to the socket. It can be annoying.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location. Buses to Palma and the airport are next street down.

Perfect for a base location. 3 minutes to the beach and an excellent takeaway shop next street up. I have stopped in many hotels in arenal and this is one of the best!😃

Great location but noisy

The room was clean and the bed ok, the location is good as beach is 5 min walk

The key pick up and drop off code didn’t work so the cleaner helped me get in, it would be very annoying and difficult if it wasn’t her, also the walls in the room are like made of paper, I could hear everything from the next room and was difficult to sleep. There was no stuff to help other than the cleaner. And there is no lift so if you stay at 4th it’s a bit difficult

Great place!

I spent 2 days in Garau Hotel, great location, big room with a large balcony. We arrived very late and by my mistake, I did not add my 2 kids and there was linnens for the sofa bed. Staff was very nice! I trully recommend Hotel Garau for a perfect stay in Arenal! Just 2 steps to the beach!

Cleanness, location, nearby 'bar' restaurants with excellent prices and quality, specially the 'Corb Mari' bar, close to the beach. Excellent!

A little bit the sound of the flushing toilets from other rooms. Nothing to bad.
