Location friendly efficient staff
The lack of choice for food for lunch and only the pool bar open not the bar inside, except when there was a storm ! Having just frozen pizzas was a let down

Room was upgraded to family room.
Very clean and quite large.
Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Staff was friendly.
Maybe it's typical for the region or the floor..
We have a toddler, but alas. Noise until 23:00-01:00.
'Children' probably aged 16-23 banging on doors, yelling, screaming.
That's not 'comfort'.
The hotel seems renovated nicely but they forgot noise isolation. You think your door is kicked in when the one next door is being banged on.
It was a very short stay so it was ok.

Everything was excellent , location, staff, cleaning everything was good
Only negtive thing is LCD, 2 room and none them remote work and tv was v v basic,
At least should put some kind of smart tv so we can connect mobile or watch youtube atleast

Both pool was good we enjoyed alot
