Sehr gut.

Die Suite im 8. Stock war sehr schön. Wir hatten 2 weitere Zimmer und eins war nebenan und eins gegenüber. Danke dafür. Dies fanden wir sehr gut. Das Essen (Frühstück) war gut und genügend vorhanden. Rezeption sehr höflich und nett. Fitnessstudio war für eine kurze Einheit perfekt.

Ein bis zwei Steckdosen mehr im Zimmer wären super gewesen.

Very disappointing experience

We stayed at hotel Timor for 9 days. The hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were fine, but everything else was not. Everytime we went out, room service took our room-cards and turned off our air-condition because we left it on to cool down our room, so we had to get a new card at the reception every day, and they still kept doing it. Our fridge in the room was not working, and we told them at the reception, they told us an electrician will fix it, but no one ever came, and it was never fixed. The bedding was not changed once, at all. Very disappointing. The shower was working very badly, and there was rarely any hot water. The people at the reception are mean, so are every other person that works at the hotel. The hotel is filled with drunk loud germans. They are screaming and playing music all night, so it is not possible to sleep. We would wake up everyday to trash, broken bottles, cigarettes and ash at our terrace. One night a glass bottle was thrown down from the 4th floor. This was extremely dangerous, and we almost cut us in the morning walking out on the terrace. The room service was called to clean it, and after cleaning there was still glass everywhere. Very dangerous, and very bad service. If we had kids with us that could have ended very badly. Would not recommend this hotel if you want a nice vacation, at all. The people there, the service and the germans ruin it. Sadly.

Very good

The hotel was very close to the beach, only 2 mins walk. Plenty of stores and restaurant nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a holding room luggage. The rooms are clean and modern. The television is also working. Great balcony view. Facilities are amazing. They have gym, outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was amazing, plenty of food variety. I just wish they have a longer serving time.

The wall between the rooms are thin hence it is not sound proof. We can hear the people (child crying) from adjacent room especially at night.

All exceptional except the restaurant manager

The hotel management was very nice in that they have exceeded the expectations as per my request and has given a bigger room that what i expected which was pleasant surprise Very spacious room, very spacious hotel overall and quite lavish ! Breakfast and Dinner spread of varieties are numerous but vegetarian varieties are very limited

The kitchen/restaurant manager is very rude and can be a little considerate to people who are slightly late. Especially a case with us when we had a little baby and we were 5 minutes delayed and they denied any entry to the dinner area and have outrightly rejected our request to have atleast some remains for the baby and were absolutely inconsiderate even of the 6 year old baby. That attitude of his should be dealt with immediately as i dont want this to be repeated for any family who have babies

Good choice for a couple

Great Views from the Balcony from room 1002 not far from the sea and amazing Sunsets . Very pleased we got a double bed at booking with short notice .

A kettle would have been nice to have tea on a morning in the room . Cleaners started too early no soap in the wash basin just in the shower . The noise from the Hotel opposite was very loud until 1am

The water pressure was really strong even on the 9th floor. Cleanness, location is good.

There was no soap at the sink to wash hands only in the shower. Although variety of food at dinner is wide, the quality is sometimes lower than it would be expected from a 4* hotel.

Breakfast and dinner very good, menu is variable every day and testy , happy with this. Swimming pool very clean, this is really important for us due to we have kids

The cover of the toilet was broken and it was dangerous and unconfortable to use it, in general we consider rooms need more maintenance

Superb

Hotel staff very friendly, in some evenings food had a theme (mexican, english, etc). They allowed us to shower, use the pool, towels and the facilities after the check out.

Hotel Timor is quite racist, hostile and refuse to accomdate the clients because they were overbooked eventhoigh booking

The property is overrated and no at all as the photos represents

Besides the uncleanliness of the hotel rooms, finding hair on all layers of the bed and a broken leaking airconditioning. the staffs were very rude and made racist remarks towards us in soanish . they also were not able to accommodate us for the property that we paid for and they refused to work with us. the manager refused to listen to our issue and have a conversation and when asked abruptly what do we want and we answered a compensation for the stafss rude behaviour of which a formal apology would have been fine. he said no and to get out of his office otherwise he will call the police. we are 4 girls of color (black) , queer and muslim. they were not all all welcoming and refused to provide any confirmation in regards to meeting with the manager and also refused to contact booking for us. they just gave us a paper in soanish with some numbers knowing that we did not soeak soanish fluently. thus if you are black, queer, or muslim you are not welcomed hete!!!

Location was nice, but wish the staff kept the gate open near the tennis courts so it's a shorter walk to get to the beach.

Staff were not very friendly...anywhere. In example, at breakfast, the staff turned the lights off right at 10:30 so you're sitting in the dark eating breakfast. They would also come to our table to tell us they were closing, seconds after the lights went off. You can tell the staff were wanting to push you out. I also wore a swim top to breakfast on the second day and was rudely told to go put a shirt on. 10:30 for breakfast to end is really early. In the end, for the money, you get what you get here.

Superb

I really loved this place. The room was super cute, I was staying on the 9th floor, room 902. The balcony had such a beautiful view. (Was awesome for sunset) Staff was super friendly and welcoming and the food was nice.

My only recommendation would be to have a few more different vegetarian options at dinner, but I’m general the food was good. I’m visiting Mallorca quite often and usually stayed in 6 other hotels but I think this place is my new favourite.

Very good

Staff was helpful and welcoming. Great breakfast! Nice pool and located really close to the beach. Rooms clean and modern. The hotel also has a padel court and for 25€ we had a really fun time playing there for an hour. There is alot of good restaurants nearby. I recommend Levitas and Little Italy. It is easy to travel to Palma for shopping and sightseeing. We went two times to Palma. Once with the bus and it was cheap and eazy. Another time we rode bicycles along the coast and it was really great! Highly recommend it to any active people. Nice visit overall 👍

We were surprised to find out that this area was mostly german speaking because of all the tourists. There were alot of big groups of partying 20-30 year olds at the hotel and in the area of S'Arenal. They partied hard, but never bothered other people or us (other than some loud noise in the hotel at night).
