The staff were very kind, the hotel was very clean, and the food available in the bar was great.

The air conditioner in the room left a damp smell after it was on for a while.

Staff were nice and could speak English to me which was nice

Sadly I did not like the hotel , for the price I paid it was terrible it’s not 4 star hotel. I paid 1300 for 5 nights. I am currently at aya for 5 nights now and I paid 900 and it’s better and nicer.

Receptionists are rude and unprofessional. Unnecessarly called the police because i was recording the service that i am getting and how they denied me access to my room after requesting soap a few times. All the time i was polite and calm, not even raised my voice. Good thing police came and got access to the room and left the place. Caused me 800€ of losses as i had to book a dfferent hotel at 8 pm for the same period that i paid HM Dunas Blancas. Booking.com, as usual, got me a brainless response to all of this, saying that my booking in not flexible and cant get a refund or arrange a different accomodation. I am in the process of filing a legal claim to recover my loss against booking.com. How would you feel being treated like this? How would your holiday be after a traumatic event and public defamation like this? You should be ashamed of yourselfs.

The hotel claims to be sustainable, but there are no sustainable drinking water options. you can’t even fill up a water bottle, they just sell plastic ones, even though they have a filter available at breakfast.

It is close to the beach, clean and safe.

Don’t have the microwave or tea kettle.

A staff member was very rude when we asked to fill a water bottle at breakfast time. No basic amenities in the room, like coffee/tea, water boiler etc. Requested a water boiler for the room and had to leave a 20EU deposit.

Love this hotel - nice and clean, stylish, comfortable. The kids loved the breakfast buffet and the food was a really good price. It's near the beach, easy bus journey into Palma and the pool area is lovely with comfy sunbeds - 3 pools so lots of room.

At our arrival we did not get the booked room, however the staff at the reception helped us the next morning and everything was done to our satisfaction.

Breakfast is amazing and so is the design of the room. Have to admit that at 1st I was a bit surprised to see the sink in the room,but it is not an inconvenient as one can get ready while the other is showering. It is literally 2min away from the beach.

A bit noisy due to the location,but I guess that’s Mallorca in summer. So no complaints :)

The hotel breakfast is very good. The room very nice and clean. Good service and attention to details. The receptionist speak lot of languages. The swimming pool area is big and has an exit to the coast area very convenience during the day time.

The hotel walls are not so good isolated and you can listen during the night noise from the hall or other rooms. But in general there are not bad points.

My room had a fantastic large terrace with sea view. The pool lounge and bar areas were well decorated and comfortable. Location was close to the beach and bus stops. The room was small but well decorated with modern fittings.

Bars close by with loud music late at night. Staff could have been a little more attentive. Check in/ out was a little slow. There was an expectation that you were unable to bring food in from outside the hotel. Understandable in communal areas, this was different to the service at other HM brand hotels. When I asked for a glass, plate and knife there was confusion as I was sent between reception and the bar before being told that I was unable to take a plate to be used in the room.
