The proximity to the beach and the helpful staff.
The very small room, given we spent there 6 nights. The noise coming from other guests during the night. Superficial daily cleaning of the room.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. When I arrived early in the morning, the person at the reception said he would check for early check-in availability. About an hour later, he finished his shift and, as he was leaving the hotel, he told me that his colleague would take over and do his best. About 20 minutes later, the colleague came over and said that my room would be ready in 40 minutes, and if I wanted, I could have breakfast with an additional fee. Mind that I was at the hotel 6 in the morning. Once the time was up, my room was ready. Everything was smooth and helpful. Later in my stay, I enjoyed time at the pool—the sunbeds were fantastic, and the staff was very friendly. During breakfast, they were also very welcoming and helpful, making for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was good, and the place was very clean. Last night, I had dinner at the restaurant— the waiter was a very nice man.

The room was clean, cleaning staff was good and location was not bad
The WiFi in the room was absolutely horrible almost nonexistent, and there was construction going on outside my room which was horrendously loud. Also the shower was not leveled correctly so the water kept spilling outside the shower
