Fabulous pools, entertainment was good, breakfast good variety

Food was good, not massive variety but enough to have different options every day. Staff were nice and polite. Plenty of pools to choose from. Clean rooms with plenty of space. Short walk to the sea front with plenty of bars and a good beach. Easy and frequent bus service to the airport or into Palma.
Air conditioning could be better, struggled to sleep in the extreme heat. Not much night entertainment but I think we were early season as they were still repainting the outside stage. Only the bar at the top pool was open so had to walk up the hill to get anything to drink or eat when by the pool.

Great location
I got room where the air conditioning was not working.Freezing -couldn’t stay there . Told them, been told that I need to wait for technician- asked how long - they didn’t know. So I left for 2 hours, when I got back I was told the AC is dead and they will give me another room ( the other room has been all great ) but I told them that the AC isn’t working if they can replace my room straight away - didn’t happen . I have been travelling since the night all I wanted was to rest , wasn’t possible when shaking in the room from cold. Fairly dissapointing and the value for the wasn’t worth it to consider that you pay for warm and place to stay and not given any

Decent location at about 5/10 min from sea , a little farther away from sea compared to most other hotels in the zone so could be a plus could be a minus , but its fine and overall decent price x night
A few things that popped up out of nowhere like a tourist tax for staying at the hotel that they made me pay last minute (would have been nice to have it specified on the booking reservation or something) , the room i got was actually kinda bad , the door was hard to open cause the magnetic key kept not working so each time I had to wait like 3 min before I could enter the room (I tried asking about this but the staff just dismissed it like nothing) , it was cleanish but often in the bathroom I could see ants , and it was cleaned just in big, the room was not super comfy either the beds were poor quality and the pillow were horrible quality , when u actually check there still was sand around... the staff was a bit tired of people I guess cause they weren't very kind 😅 at least with me , like the first time I got to cafeteria (I had breakfast and diner included) I tried asking how it works and they just told me pick up food and eat ... they I go and take a glass for the beverage and one of the staff runs to me and takes the glass from me cause apparently the juice machine is only for the all inclusive clients not for all the others , everyone else can only get water .... so yeah I was a bit shocked cause that was never specified anywhere nor anybody told me anything , they were just a little rude in the way the did it (wich again is somewhat understandable given how many people where around) , last thing it didnt realy feel like a resort , it has very few options and extras , it realy felt like a cheap hotel and that's it 🤷♂️ (I had a better experience in some 3* hotels to be honest)
