The hotel is very clean, and that remains the case during the whole stay. The towels are being changed every day, and the new ones always smell fresh. The location is excellent, the beach and the nearest bus stop are 2-3 minutes away. Everyone from the staff is very polite and ready to help. The breakfast is from 7.30am till 1pm, which gives you a lot of options for the morning. The rooms are smartly organized, so that you have enough space. The hotel is big, but you never feel crowded, so you are able to truly relax. The pool, the main areas and the restaurant are also extremely clean.
I guess I would change the tastefulness and freshness of the breakfast, from my perspective it did not correspond with the quality of the food in the rest of the restaurants on the island. I would also prefer to have room slippers and more toiletries (there was shampoo, soap and lotion) in the room. Other than these (I would say) minor issues, nothing else, hence the 10 out of 10.

Friendly staff, hotel is clean & interestingly decorated, nice sea view and the greenery around the hotel. SPA & gym facilities are just wonderful, saunas are great temperature and the area is nicely designed with rustic vibes. The only downside of it is that you can reserve it an hour per day/ room. Would love if we could enjoy it a bit longer. Great breakfast too, we did had to wait a bit for a re- fill, I guess we came at the busy timing and the clientele puts a lot on their plates. Rooms are nice yet on the smaller side, our room did not provide a wardrobe, but we came for a short stay without a lot of the luggage.

Beautiful, modern hotel. It's not massive, but you get a sense of spaciousness and luxury.
Outstanding customer service!! From Reception, the cleaning staff, to the Spa staff as well.
Spa and gym facilities included.
Very spacious, elegant and above standard room (for 4*). Very close to the airport yet you don't hear traffic or planes at all! Super close to the beach/promenade and a couple of supermarkets (local + Lidl). Outside space/courtyard filled with palm trees and rattan seating area, giving a very relaxing "holiday" vibe, even in February :)
The cherry on top was when they went above and beyond in helping me "rescue" my son's teddy elephant which we accidently left behind. He's back home with us now :)
I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a high-quality place to stay, with a kind and flexible Staff (which for me was essential) in Palma!
Food was a bit too salty for me, and a very small variety, especially for room service.
Spa pool had these 2 massive jets/faucets that were blasting water making is extremely noisy and not relaxing at all (more appropriate for a theme park or a resort, not a spa). You could not hear the calming music at all and my autistic son was very scared of them, so we only went once. Water was rather chilly for a spa as well. But the staff was very kind and helpful, and even went the extra mile as to offer us an early entry, considering my son's disability - much appreciated!
I would perhaps recommend that you make the jets optional (ie. if someone specifically asks for them, or have an on/off button next to them?) The hot tub was warm (not hot) and no bubbles.

Breakfast was very poor and during our stay of 10 days it was the same for whole period.
Since it was very modest we were eating the same food for breakfast for the whole stay.
