Great location at Ballermann. While close to the action by foot, beach on the other side of the road and mini-markets within 30sec to either side of the hotel, still very quietly situated. Great view on the bay of Palma and friendly staff
Wifi on laptop doesnt seem to work if your company has strict firewalls (popup with sign-on instead of simple password). Never understand why the extra difficulty... other than that and as others already commented before, the toilets are really suboptimally designed. You can hear everything as it is just a milky glass door that doesnt even close properly.

Have to start with the staff, particularly Llonel. He helped us check in, he was very helpful and thorough, but also super efficient. After that, he was also very attentive, thoughtful about the details, anticipating what we needed, breakfast, spa access, etc.
The facility is overall great, probably the best along the Playa. We book the suite, the only suite in the hotel, for the eclipse, and it did not disappoint. The room was large, double the usual room size. The full body shower was amazing, the design was top notch with great touches of small nooks decor, wonderful seating, etc. The only problem w the shower was there was a gap in the shower stall, and full body shower will spray some water out through the gap. Another small gripe was the sitting room of the suite was a bit dark at night.
The location is the best amongst the many hotels. This was on the narrower side of the beach, but it is actually great, as it is NOT as busy, although still bustling enough. Most importantly, due to the short beach, the sea was right upfront (just a small pedestrian path and then the sand).
All in all, we'd definitely stay here again when we return to the Playa.
The wifi is a bit slower than we'd prefer, only in the single digit mbits. It is sufficient for all purposes but a bit slower for uploading photos and videos.

Great design and attention to detail in the rooms. Loved the large mirrors - dressing table mirror, magnifying mirror and a full length mirror, proper hanging space and plenty of hangers, lots of sockets and placed close to the bed and dressing table, really comfortable bed, fab air con, brilliant shower and lovely big balcony with hanging space for drying clothes.
The restaurant and bar and pool were also lovely and breakfast was great.
Location is stag party central but I was staying due to the proximity to S’Arenal Marina which was perfect.

Hotel is great! Great Spa, food, drinks, beds and staff! Loved my one on one yoga session!
Meant to book Can Pastilla... location so have learnt for the future!!
It is in the German version of Magaluf!! So not what we were expecting 😕 very noisy but luckily we had ear plugs!
