Wonderful breakfast and dinner, friendly staff and clean room. Location is also perfect. AC is super quiet.
The beds are not comfortable I am sorry. They are not stable and they’re creaking loudly and moving around.

Great hotel offering perfect facilities for both family and business travel. All areas are clean and equipped with all expected facilities as well as extras like free beach umbrellas and kids toys for the sand, common PC, use of the pool for few hours after check out incl. use of showers etc. All staff is very welcoming and experienced, going beyond their way to accommodate guests, with great positive vibe. The pool is cleaned thoroughly every day and is very nice, providing shaded time in the water in the hottest hours in Palma. The location is amazing, better than I expected with easy and regular public transport to the city center, the airport and other parts of the beach while being calmer and more relaxing than other beaches we've seen. There are nearby supermarkets, small shops, restaurants, cafe & bakery. The hotel restaurant is excellent as well. We had buffet breakfast included in the stay and we paid extra for buffet dinner few times.

The location is amazing – it’s super close to the airport and there are some incredible hidden places nearby, including beautiful beaches.
The beach is wonderful and the sunset is absolutely stunning.
The whole hotel smells amazing as well – such a lovely, fresh scent everywhere. 💝
Dinner and breakfast do not have many options, especially for children. It would be good to have some more basic choices for kids, as the current options are quite limited.
There is also no water or coffee provided in the room. It would be helpful if these could be available for guests.
Additionally, the room only has one pillow each. It would be more comfortable if there were extra pillows available.
