This hotel really exceeded my expectations, bus stop, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beach , bik rental, aquarium and more just steps away from hotel, in the hotel itself the staff were all great the breakfast and dinner had lotss to choose from and all delicious. the pools were nice and the sky bar at night was just magical.
only 1 downer was that pool opens at 10 but by 9.30 am all sunbeds had towels on them and no one went around to tell anyone to remove them, an example i saw was a couple putting towels at 9.30am leaving the hotel and returned to the pool and there towels at 3pm, during which time no one could use these sunbeds, so i would say just abit more organization with sunbeds or possibly adding more especially in peek season. still this did not put us off we will be back

I loved everything about my stay and I wish I had booked Tropical as my primary hotel for my whole stay in Palma. This place made me fall in love with the island.
The art in the lobby is lovely and I cannot speak highly enough about the staff, they were so helpful and kind. It's wonderfully located and my room was amazing! I am also really glad I booked with the breakfast and dinner included because the food was brilliant. It's conveniently situated to the beach (obviously) but also a few mins walk from the aquarium, close to shops and other facilities
There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

Location is great! Minutes away from airport and overlooking the beautiful beach of Playa de Palma!
Sheets smelt of wet socks, we complained twice but even when replaced they still smelt terrible.
Air-conditioning was not working, reception told us they would see to it but no one turned up.
Water flooded the bathroom everytime we showered.
