Für eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück zu empfehlen

das Zimmer ist war sauberst, die Regendusche ein Genuss und ordentliches Frühstück, bis 10:30

Niesamowite śniadania, ogromny wybór i wszystko smaczne. Strefa SPA na najwyższym poziomie, mało oblegana więc ze wszystkiego można na spokojnie skorzystać Darmowy parking bez problemów ze znalezieniem miejsca

Schönes Hotel und freundliches Personal wie es in dieser 4* normal ist.

Hervorragender Bäderbereich, sauber und gutes Personal.

Angenehme Gäste, die Flure sind zu laut wegen der Zimmertüren. Die Türen schlagen abrupt klatschend zu.

Sehr gut das Wetter hat diesmal mit so mitgespielt aber dafür gibt es ja eine sehr gute Spa Anlage

Alles sehr gut waren dieses Jahr schon das zweite mal da und wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein

Very good

The property is well maintained. The pools are clean and the gym has variety of dumbbells.

The property is accepting also a lot of young travelers who are partying at Arenal. On the weekends the young party people are lying drunk on the hotel floors. Unfortunately this is not what you are expecting of a suites & spa hotel.

Disappointing

The prestige suite was excellent as was the air conditioning we had chosen a hotel with British TV channels in particular as we stay in the suite in the evening there were no English channels as there was a problem with the satellite which continued for our 7 days .Also no room service available and we were unable to get food from the bars after 6 each evening which impacted on the enjoyment of our holiday . We even asked for milk to take to our room but that was a problem too. Disappointing visit on all levels apart from the prestige suite being excellent . It was an expensive 7 days for very little customer service and basic things you should have access too in a 4 star plus hotel.☹️

Great resort with a nice spa

The resort is lovely. It is really big but it doesn’t feel like it. The spa is great. They have an excellent buffet for breakfast. The location, near the airport and not to far from Palma, is convenient. The staff is really friendly.

The property itself is great, but the surroundings not so much. As soon as you step out of the resort and head towards the beach, it’s young drunk Germans everywhere. It is really not pleasant. So it’s a good spot if you intend to stay on the resort but not so much if you want to explore around.

Beautiful resort with very kind people and extremely clean.

The breakfast was amazing. The included spa was very relaxing and a treat after a long day. Will definitely return to this hotel next time I visit Mallorca.

It would have been nice to have room service available.

The spa was nice and had exercise classes.

The beds were 2 twin beds pushed together. I would have liked to have a queen or king bed. The jacuzzi in the spa could have been hotter.

Very nice stay

Very nice room with big balcony which was a +. The breakfast had a huge selection and we ate sometimes at the lunch bar as well which also was nive. The waiter Maria was really friendly and serviceminded. The indoor pool etc was also a treat.

The bed was too hard. We did not expect it but the outdoor pool was not heated so had to go inside to swim (which was ok, was March so)

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to the beach and also easy access to Palma by bus. The bed is very comfy 😌

Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, really nicely decorated room (we had a junior suite), good shower and I liked the fact that the toilet and shower cubicle were separate from the vanity basins. Breakfast or dinner was on the roof, absolutely fabulous views. This was a really good hotel.

Very nice relaxing hotel

We had an amazing stay for 3 nights. Breakfast was very nice, plenty to choose, all drink included during the breakfast, coffee, tea, all juices , milk nd champagne. Dinner as well, massive choice of meat , fish, salads, only one down, that you need to buy all the drinks during dinner, even water. SPA is one of the best we saw in hotels. All jacuzzies, saunas, steam room, salt room, cold igloo room. Well worth to visit. The lady Sandra in the SPA was really lovely, explain everything. We had few classes: Pilates and water exercise - was so much fun. all hotel staffs was amazing during our stay. would definitely come back again.

you need to pay for the drinks, even water during dinner.

Helpful staff. Very clean room. Fantastic location; 10 minutes to a sand beach by walking. Variety of foods for dinner. Nice facilities in the wellness center.

There was no drink on the dinner menu unless you buy them (even water). There was a strong smell of chlorine in the room/hallway

Nice stay.

Breakfast and room were clean and the staff were friendly. English and German were well understood and spoken; and they also gave us a chance to speak Spanish.

I would love to go to the spa with my son but he was not accepted as he was too young at 13. Even well educated by his mother, it was a no go and the hours he would be allowed was normal day time which we took to explore the island.
