Superb facilities. Excellent team in restaurant and bars; friendly, helpful and courteous.
Good location for easy access to Palma and other areas. Excellent bus links.
The location is not ideal if you wish to have the typical beautiful Mallorca beach experience due to rowdy bars, beach spots and stag resort.
However, if you venture farther you can still find a quiet beach spot to enjoy.

Food was excellent, you can order a steak cooked how you like it. Lots of various types of food.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
You had to be quick to get a nice dining table. Lots of pigeons sitting on the balcony cooing first thing in the morning. The room at night was too hot, nothing can be done to adjust the air conditioning.

Good location, lots of pools to choose from, overall it was a nice hotel with lots of amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast/dinner had a big selection of food.
I’d say this is overpriced for what you get. The beds were very hard, the pool chairs were taken every day by people putting their towels there in the early morning and then not arriving until lunch time, the main pool was really cloudy and dirty. The second lift didn’t work for my entire weeks stay (I know this is a once off) but it made getting up and down time consuming.
