A very good hotel, just two minutes from a large, free public beach in Playa de Palma. Exemplary cleanliness, polite and friendly staff, always willing to help. Breakfast was rich, tasty, and well organized. The hotel has its own pool and a rooftop terrace. The location is excellent, right next to the Palma Aquarium and just one minute away from public transport stations, from where you can visit most of this amazing island at a very good price. The airport is about 10 minutes away by taxi, which is another great advantage. I warmly recommend it!
The only thing we didn’t like is that the walls are indeed quite thin, so you can hear almost everything. Fortunately, we were lucky to have quiet neighbors, so this aspect didn’t bother us at all.

The hotel gave a family feel, not a big corporate facility. For a short break, was close to the airport but offered everything required in the hotel & the resort. Would definitely return & would happily take a longer break here. From check in to check out, everything was fabulous! Don't miss out on the roof top bar as this is not advertised & the views are amazing at sundown!

The location was very good and convenient next to the beach and the airport. The hotel doesn’t have a parking but the area around the hotel has free parking on the street . In the summer though maybe it’s a bit difficult to find space but we didn’t have a problem with that this time of the year! The breakfast was pretty good and plenty of options ! The room was clean and the cleaning lady was cleaning everyday that I appreciate it ! Also the internet was pretty good for my needs ! The hotel has a sauna witch was a plus ! We also had dinner once and giving the pricing of food in restaurants the price of the dinner is very reasonable for the variety! The staff was very good !
Unfortunately the hotel is on the street every room looks on the street and although we were on the third floor it was not so quiet in the morning. It’s a quiet area in general but busy in the morning. Also from the next door rooms you can hear everything & the doors from the rooms were loud when closing . They have curtains but the sunlight early in the morning was waking us up (6 o clock ) because the room was still very bright . We don’t like to wake up this early on our holidays. They can do sth about it ! The bed and pillows for me were not so comfortable.

Quiet location easy access to beach
Air conditioning unit was terrible never went below 27 deg the staff said close the balcony door or it won’t work and it take 30 minutes to get cool but only if you are in the room made the stay very uncomfortable.
