the location was good, the size of the room and the view. There was a coffee machine in the room; good aircon.
The customer service was a bit disappointing during our stay. On our first day, we went to the bar to collect our welcome drinks. We stood at the bar in front of a member of staff who was preparing drinks, but he did not acknowledge us or indicate that he would be with us shortly. Once he had finished preparing the drinks, he took them to a table, leaving us waiting at the bar. Other members of staff also passed by without acknowledging us. We were eventually served, but the whole interaction felt rather awkward and unwelcoming. There have been other bizarre situations with the staff but I'll just label them as "genuine cultural misunderstandings" (although I've been travelling quite a lot and never expeirenced anything like it in a hotel).
The bed was two singles (sometimes happens) and the pillows were quite uncomfortable.
