As a luxury hotel it has everything right other than the size and cost of the "cosy" rooms which are ridiculously small. I didn't know I was booking a cosy room and if i had known they were so small I would have certainly looked at the cost of upgrading to a larger room. Very expensive for the cosy option.
Everything was excellent other than the room size. I couldn't get over the feeling of being slightly cheated with the price i paid and the accomodation I was given. It needs making very clear that the cosy rooms are tiny.
