We travel frequently for work and have stayed in many hotels for both business and leisure. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The beach side location is stunning, and my room with a beach view was clean, comfortable, and included several thoughtful extras. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had — and we stay in many hotels. The reception staff were knowledgeable, polite, and made the stay even more enjoyable.
We did encounter one issue when we arrived for a snack. There was no staff present to greet us, so we seated ourselves. A few minutes later a member of staff approached us in a high‑pitched voice, telling us we could not sit there as the table was reserved — despite there being no reservation sign. We got up to leave, and she followed us outside, realised her mistake, and then went out of her way to be helpful. While we appreciated her later effort, she should not have spoken to us in that manner initially.

I had a fantastic stay and was really impressed by how peaceful the hotel was. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a sea-view room with a balcony, which was a real highlight, the view was fantastic and it was lovely to have that private outdoor space.
The spa facilities were excellent, with plenty of options to relax and unwind. There was also a great choice of food and drink, so I never felt short of options.
Unfortunately, my stay was cut short due to a cancelled flight, so I didn’t get the chance to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer. I would have happily stayed longer, and I’d definitely return in the future.
