New, comfortable and clean rooms. Good shower. Nice spa.
A/C working very well during a crazy heat wave in France - it was a great relief.
Nice restaurant and lounge.
Location is perfect.
We couldn't book a massage for couple, they only had availability for one person at a time (it seems there weren't enough professionals available).
There aren't any amenities in the room (shower cap, cotton, etc).
No frigobar in the room - we knew that but during the heatwave it would be nice to have cold beverages in the room (but they provided ice every time we requested).

Our room was tastefully decorated and had air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. Good WiFi and very good breakfast. Parking was great. Excellent location.
Rather serious male receptionist. A fridge would have been welcome.

Incorrect charges at check-in overshadowed the entire stay. Although the hotel later admitted the mistake, my trust had already been damaged.
