Le Cesar is perfectly located in the centre of the very pretty and historic walled town of Provins. An imposing corner property, The automatic doors give way to a startling mirrored foyer and reception area. Pleasingly, for us oldies, the Hotel has a lift for easy access to the rooms. For an over night stay, our room was perfectly adequate, clean and with a good hot water supply. Breakfast was the usual 'Continental Improved' with a good range of offerings. The staff we met were welcoming and helpful. Being right in the middle, the whole town is available for dining, from Pizza to high table.
Nothing, in the Hotel. Provins is a busy town and local parking might be a bit difficult.

The location was perfect, just off from the main street. Near the train and the festival
The shower was horrible, no water pressure, it felt like a light rain, most of the shower holes were clogged; The bed very much felt like 2 beds pushed together. As a couple, one of you would "fall" in the gap in the middle of the night; Lastly, the breakfast was entirely ok, but very simple. There is a coffee machine, a toast machine, a vat of boiling water and a couple pieces of meat and bread. No shower and no shampoo in the shower.
