Really friendly staff, we were affected by the air traffic control problems and after a long disastrous day it was nice to see a friendly face, lots of complimentary products in the room and loved the fact that you had proper milk in the fridge rather than plastic crap

The location was great 5 min walk to town, rooms as described, decent breakfast. Staff very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Good size room, but the bathroom was very small.
We ordered room service and the food arrived cold.
We found the parking charges a bit excessive because we each had a car with us. The cost was £17 per car. This part was not pleasant.

Small rooms, very very small bathroom and shower, lots of steps throughout hotel to get to room, no one helped with bags
