Lovely staff, super helpful, room was ready early, lovely and clean,

Rooms were dark, noisy at night from club that is attached, was a fight outside, doors to rooms were noisy late at night.

Location was great, hotel was beautiful and clean. The room presentation was great and good bathroom. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and service was very good during interactions.

The room was strange, bedside lamps that dont turn on, meaning the only lights at night were the ceiling lights. The mirror to get dressed/make up/hair is at the entrance door with minimal lighting and no plug sockets, hairdryer and straighnerd had to be used without a mirror at the other end of the room. The bathroom was lovely but again inadequate lighting for make up/dressing. Music from the bar during the evening could be heard in our room, not a quiet/comfortable night. Parking was more expensive than paying for the standard car park.
