Friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful and well-maintained garden, and a clean pool. We arrived earlier than check-in, and they kindly provided us with towels and offered us to enjoy the pool while we waited for our room, a very thoughtful gesture.
Beautiful views, very good breakfast, and the free shuttle service on arrival and departure was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay overall.
The only thing we liked less was the dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Location, The Garden (!!), the Grotto. Good food.
Dinner was very nice, however plate portions and speed (especially for kids food) could be improved!

The hotel is neat, has great views, and has a classy restaurant. We liked the comfort of the beds. The small wellness area is beautifully done and offers something for everyone: sauna, steam room and laconium.
The hotel lacks the feeling of cozy comfort. It is all very functional but besides the pictures that show the hotel's story, the decoration is odd and impersonal.
It was disappointing to have the one room with the smallest shower on the whole floor in which when you turn around you turn the tap off. Given we stayed there in the middle of winter to try it out (and potentially come again in other seasons) and the hotel only had a minimal number of guests staying I do not understand why not give those that are booking a room to highlight the beautifully located hotel.
Wellness area: Beautifully done, but also there it lacks details - just plastic cups and a water dispenser. I would have expected more with this class of hotel.
