Good location close to cafes,restaurants and an 8 minute walk to Locarno station.
Comfortable bed and quiet room at the rear of the property.
Staff when located were helpful.
Good breakfast and service.
The reception, we were aware that it was unmanned but it was difficult getting someone’s attention the phone on the desk didn’t appear to work. Reception and entrance was dark, shabby and unimpressive not very ‘boutique’ !
There was a problem with our bathroom door. A fridge was provided but there were no tea or coffee making facilities and no glasses so you could pour a glass of water at night.

Location was perfect and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was the right amount of food
Our AC unit did not work and there was no airflow at all. We were moved to a new room the next day but again, the AC did not work. The staff was very helpful but if the ACs are not working during the summer, this is a big problem and has an effect on comfort. Especially, when you need proper sleep for hiking and exploring.
