We arrived early in the hope of dropping off our luggage and to our surprise our room was already ready so we were able to check in early. Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfy, good bathroom facilities. Location is good, close to a metro station. Although outside still seemed busy when returning at past 10pm we couldn’t hear anything from our room.
I’d say it’s ideal for a one or two night stay, I wouldn’t want to stay any longer. The window just looked straight out on to another building so there was minimal natural light.

Staff were friendly
Breakfast was included in the price.
Air con in the room was good.
2 lifts that both worked.
Drinks vending machine in the lobby which is reasonably priced.
Leaflets in the lobby of things to do.
Extra pillows and blankets were provided in the room.
Towels in the bathroom were a good size.
Good size bathroom.

Tiny balcony, which wasn't big enough to put a chair on, was still nice to have that little outdoor space.
Good black out curtains.
20ish mins walk to the beach.
10-15 min walk to the closest City tour bus stop if you were going to do that.
Breakfast was very basic and the same everyday and if you go down a little later we found the tables were a little messy from the last people.
The park at the bottom of the road can be a little noisy, if you don't like hearing children out playing, this isn't for you. We found once the door was closed we couldn't hear much noise.
It looks like there's a small, basic bar but we never saw anyone have a drink from there, it was never staffed.
A taxi to the airport was 50euros for a 20min drive, so if you have time and can manage your luggage, I would say use public transport instead. (that's not the hotels fault)

The hotel is located in what seemed to be a real family-friendly community area because there was a town square across from the hotel with tables and chairs and a swing park for children - it was full of families enjoying themselves every evening and had a really nice ambiance. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean.
We seemed to be in a room designed for neuro-diverse guests because a previous guest had disconnected the TV and we had to make several trips to the front desk to get it fixed. The staff said some guests were annoyed by the small light that shows the TV is switched on so had turned it off, and we should find the switch and turn it back on. We tried but that didn't work. Then they tested the batteries in the remote and they were fine. Then they suggested we check the back of the television to see if everything was connected - we did the best we could but I wasn't keen on risking breaking the TV by accidentally taking it off the wall. Finally they sent someone to fix it (it had been disconnected right at the back where we couldn't access it) and we were finally able to watch TV - this whole thing took several hours to resolve. Breakfast had a limited number of options but was good enough to get us started for the day, and the dining area reminded me of a school dormitory with long wooden benches - but it is a budget hotel.
