Receptionists, Antonio and Salvador, were friendly and helpful.Excellence award to Antonio!
Rooms clean.
Good restaurants within walking distance.
Water dispenser is a good idea.
Lounge is great too.
24 h reception is a good idea.
The shower area is too tight, hard to move within it.
Prefer thicker towels.

Location was great, just a 15 min walk to Placa Catalunya and the top of La Rambla, yet got the feeling it was away from the main tourist area and more of a locals area which we liked. Two metro stations within easy reach. Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful too. Rooms comfortable and clean with nice shower . Nice roof terrace.
Kettle in the room would’ve been nice.
